Shashwath Ghosh 2001

"I can always remember music around me. It kept me calm when I didn’t know what was going on. My body sways to the music. I can listen to my favourite songs over and over. I can play music, sing songs and I can draw it too. I can draw the feeling of it playing. My music in colours. You’ll understand when you see it. Come and look!"

Shashwath has Autism coupled with cognitive challenges. Shashwath was fascinated with mikes when he was young as he saw people speak eloquently with a mike and his mother told us that he started to speak after he grabbed a mike one day. Shashwath also loves music and is a natural with instruments. He loves working with his hands and is a very good  listener.
