The heart of mentorship comes from "a commitment to education, a hope for its future and a respect for those who enter into its community."

Across all our programme offerings, SK ensures a hands-on experiential learning model with emphasis on microteaching groups, group and individual mentoring, and modelling. We offer a multi dimensional process for guiding, teaching, influencing, and supporting a beginning teacher. Mentoring at SK is a process aimed at the mentor being able to demonstrate to the trainees.
